Hope I'm wrong but the lack of folks using the forum would indicate it going the same way as the old WAAGS forum........kaput. We need some interaction other than just announcements from committee to keep the forum alive. The forum is the place for active discussion. preferably about things astronomy related but not necessarily so. Ask questions, agree/disagree with what has been posted and also importantly say what you think we as a group should do with regard to talks at Letterston and observing sessions when available. Speak now or forever hold your peace . its ok I'm already spoken for.
I know it is some way off yet but anyone have any ideas what they would like to see on next year's calender of events?

I believe the lack of use on the forum and Facebook for that matter is that we have not had any decent nights for observing lately and have nothing to contribute, I check out the forum most days and even log in now and then, but unless I have been doing some astronomy or hear some news I have nothing of interest to report, the best I could do at the moment is to tell you in microns how much dust I currently have on my telescopes! I wonder if adding a Q & A section to the forum might drum up a bit of interest, as other forums I belong to seem to be mainly people asking questions and a lot is learnt by all.
