Have anyone had any experience of handling Omegon or any other 2.1x42 wide-field binoculars. They sound quite useful for old tired eyes like mine!

Haven't had a look through these...yet though I have had a look through and owned several opera glasses.
All of them have enhanced the Milky Way. Star clusters like the Pleiades especially look wonderful.
If opera glasses are anything to go by I reckon these Omegons are worth investigation..... Now I wonder who will be the first to try them out?

They had a write up in a recent Astronomy Now mag. Can't remember which issue though.

I think it must have been reviewed in the June issue, as that's the only one I can't find from this year and it's not in any of the others.

Not in the June issue but saw ad for them in Dec. issue cost £ 149.00
