According to the Met Office tomorrow (thursday) night looks promising. But this is Pembrokeshire!

HA!! a big fat HA!! at that, I set everything up ready for the first session of the season last night, not totally clear, the occasional cloud trotting about, watched the horizon program about the shuttle, went out to begin, not a star in sight and raining to boot, put it all away again, two hours later and for the rest of the night, clear as a bell. Pembs weather, it's worst feature of all.

I came home around 9.15 and the heavens opened - I could see 1 star when I got home, Vega, right above me. Around 1-2 a.m. however, things were different - will post details later.

never mind kimg at least the sky does get much clearer after rain and there is always the next night.
