I would be more than happy to talk BUT I'll give you an example of crass stupidity on part of an astronomy club.
I volunteered to give a talk on "basic" imaging, which I am MORE than happy to do any time, BASIC as in what cameras to use how to connect to scope, and basic imaging techniques.
Now as I said I have Aspergers so everything has to be well planned by me, no surprises, but when I went to my club I had joined three months earlier they had, NO word to me invited another club along.
NO thought or consideration for me. There will be may people in Preseli club who can talk but are too self conscious.
IF you want me to do one on imaging, no problem, but I will always be aware of the fact that 1. To some I may be talking rubbish (who have many more years experience than me, and 2. I do fumble whan talking, BUT unlike many I am MORE than happy for people to know I am Autistic in a way I believe it gives others confidence to know if "I" can, they can
